I am reporting on my increased sense of joy upon receiving my 8"
Nightmare Before Christmas figurines. They are all in perfect
condition and to my amazement you managed to get them from
Pennsylvania to my home on the most eastern shore of Australia in less
than a week! Past experiences have left me with up to 4 week waiting
periods. But YouBuyNow broke the mould of bad customer service, and
made my experience even more enjoyable with a 10% discount (it helped
to remove some of the guilt of buying action figures). I will

I had just happened to come across this site when I was comparing prices for something I wanted to buy. It had the lowest price out of all of the other sites so I decided to take the risk and buy the item. Everyone has horror stories from web sites that look official and professional and when they make the purchase there's nothing but problems. But that is definitely not the case here. Not only was the price the lowest out of all the sites, including shipping, but it came in 4 days. I was shocked when I saw it at my door. So it came time for me to buy something else. Without hesitating I came to youbuynow.com. Again the lowest price out of countless web sites. I made the purchase again. Then when I came home I saw my package at my front door. Now this wouldn't be that surprising, only it came the next day, and I hadn't gotten next day shipping. Now I know youbuynow.com has nothing to do with the speed of UPS but I had ordered on Tuesday, got the "shipped" confirmation on Wednesday, and it was at my door on Thursday. I had never had something shipped this fast at such a low price before. I am going to always shop at this site and recommend everyone I know to always shop here. I purchased some limited edition Star Wars collectables from youbuynow.com. The shipping was fast and I received my order with in a day and a half. I opened the boxes with wide eyed anticipation, but alas! 2 of the collectibles were broken from the manufacturer. I contacted the site expecting to hear some story about the shipping company being responsible, much to my surprise they offered to refund my money or replace the damaged product. Since I collect these I opted for the replacements with their apologies. Again, much to my delight I received the replacements only a few days later in pristine condition worth of collecting!
