Desperate for cash after a bounty was put on his head by Jabba the Hutt, Han Solo took a charter to the Alderaan system. Han Solo was to transport Obi-Wan Kenobi, Luke Skywalker, R2-D2, and C-3PO from Tatooine to Alderaan for the price of 17,000 credits to deliver the Death Star plans to the Rebellion.
